Notice of Annual General Meeting
Frankston Football Club Inc.
Date of Meeting – 16 February 2023
In accordance with clause 16.5 of the Frankston Football Club Inc. Constitution, notice is
now given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Frankston Football Club
Inc. (‘the Club’) will be held on 16 February 2023 at the Frankston Football Club Clubrooms
(Cnr Plowman Place & Young St, Frankston 3199) commencing at 6.30pm.
A member of the Club may appoint another member of the Club as a proxy. The
appointment of a proxy must be in writing and signed by the member making the
appointment. This must be sent by post or electronically must be received by the Secretary
of the Club no later than seven (7) days before commencement of the meeting.
Items of Business:
- Board Report, Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report
To receive the Board Report of the general business of the Club, the Financial
Statements and Independent Auditor’s Report for the year ended 31 October 2022. - Election of Board members
To elect three (3) Board members to the Club in accordance with the Club’s
Constitution:
a. David Friend, being a Board member of the Club (whose term in office expires at
the conclusion of the annual general meeting), offers himself for re-election;
b. Pippa Hanson, being a Board member of the Club (whose term in office expires at
the conclusion of the annual general meeting), offers herself for re-election;
c. Steven Finocchiaro, being a Board member of the Club (whose term in office
expires at the conclusion of the annual general meeting), offers himself for reelection;
d. Zane Diamond, being a Board member of the Club (who, as a casual vacancy,
must be voted on by the members at the annual general meeting), offers herself
for election;
e. Jonathan Reichwald, being a Board member of the Club (who, as a casual
vacancy, must be voted on by the members at the annual general meeting),
offers himself for re-election;
f. Steven Icke, being a Board member of the Club (who, as a casual vacancy, must
be voted on by the members at the annual general meeting), offers himself for
re-election;
g. Marc Ablett, being a Board member of the Club (who, as a casual vacancy, must
be voted on by the members at the annual general meeting), offers himself for
re-election;
h. Stephen Batty, being a Board member of the Club (who, as a casual vacancy,
must be voted on by the members at the annual general meeting), offers himself
for re-election.
Following the nominations process, the Club has not received any nominations for
positions on the Board. In accordance with the constitution, the incumbent Board
members that nominated for re-election will be declared re-elected without ballot. - Other Business
Any other business that has been brought forward in accordance with the Club’s
constitution.
